Control how this reward interacts with other offers.
The Conditions section controls how this reward behaves when other offers — discounts, coupons, or other loyalty rewards — are present on the same cart.
Combinable with other offers
Controls whether this reward can share the cart with other offers — automatic discounts, free items, or coupons.
- On — The reward stacks with automatic offers that are also marked combinable. Non-combinable automatic discounts are still dropped while the reward is on the cart.
- Off (default) — Redeeming this reward turns off every automatic discount on the order, including free items. Only the reward applies at checkout.
A reward redeemed by the customer always outranks automatic discounts, regardless of their priority. The engine re-evaluates the cart automatically whenever it changes — the outcome never depends on the order in which offers were added.
