Loyalty Program

Create and manage a points-based loyalty program with tiers, rewards, and earning rules.

A loyalty program lets you reward guests with points for every purchase. Members earn points based on a configurable rate, progress through tiers, and redeem points for rewards like discounts, free delivery, or free menu items.

Key Concepts

  • Points — Guests earn points on every qualifying order based on the base points-per-dollar rate you set
  • Tiers — Members progress through tiers (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) based on spending or order count, unlocking higher point multipliers
  • Rewards — The catalog of items members can redeem their points for
  • Earning Rules — Bonus point rules that reward extra points for specific behaviors like ordering on certain days or reaching spend thresholds

Getting Started

  1. Go to Marketing → Loyalty
  2. Click Get Started to create your program
  3. Set your program name and base points rate
  4. Configure your tiers and their requirements
  5. Add terms & conditions
  6. Click Create Program

Once created, your program is active and guests can begin enrolling and earning points.

Program Dashboard

The dashboard gives you a real-time overview of your program's performance:

  • Points Earned / Redeemed — Charts showing point activity over time with period comparison
  • Key Metrics — Total members, active members, points in circulation, and total redemptions
  • Tier Distribution — How members are spread across your tiers
  • Recent Transactions — Latest point earn and redeem activity
  • Top Rewards — Most frequently redeemed rewards

Program Statuses

  • Active — The program is live and members can earn and redeem points
  • Paused — The program is temporarily suspended; no points are earned or redeemed
  • Draft — The program is being set up and is not yet visible to guests
You can pause your program at any time from the settings page. Pausing preserves all member data and point balances.
Deleting a loyalty program permanently removes all program data, members, and transaction history. This action cannot be undone.
