Coupons

Coupons let you offer percentage or fixed-amount discounts through unique codes that guests enter at checkout. Each coupon has a code, discount value, optional usage limits, and scheduling controls.

Creating a Coupon

1. Go to Marketing → Coupons
2. Click Create coupon
3. Enter a unique coupon code
4. Choose the discount type and value
5. Optionally set usage conditions (minimum order, max uses)
6. Choose which locations and guests the coupon applies to
7. Set the start date and optional expiration
8. Click Create Coupon

New coupons are created with an Active status and can be used immediately once the start date is reached.

Editing a Coupon

1. Go to Marketing → Coupons
2. Click the coupon you want to manage
3. Update the discount, conditions, locations, guests, or schedule
4. Click Save Changes

Coupon Statuses

• Active — The coupon can be used by guests at checkout
• Inactive — The coupon exists but cannot be redeemed
• Expired — The coupon's expiration date has passed

Searching and Filtering

The coupons list supports:

• Search — Find coupons by code or details
• Status tabs — View all, active, inactive, or expired coupons
• Type filter — Narrow by percentage or fixed amount
• Sort — Order by newest, code, most used, or value
