Conditions

Set optional usage limits for the discount.

The Conditions section lets you add optional restrictions on how the discount can be used.

Minimum Order

Enable this to require a minimum order amount before the discount can be applied. This prevents the discount from being used on very small orders.

Max Uses

Limit the total number of times the discount can be applied across all guests. Once the limit is reached, the discount stops working even if it hasn't expired.

Max Uses Per Guest

Limit how many times a single guest can benefit from the discount. This is useful for preventing a single person from using a discount repeatedly.

First Order Only

Only apply this discount to a guest's first order. This is useful for welcome or introductory promotions that reward new customers.

Combinable with other offers

Controls whether this discount can share the cart with a different type of offer — another discount, a coupon, or a loyalty reward.

  • On — The discount stacks with other offers that are also marked combinable.
  • Off (default) — The discount only applies when it outranks every other qualifying offer (see Priority below). Otherwise it is skipped entirely — and when it does apply, no other type of offer can apply alongside it.
This switch only governs mixing with different types of offers. Free item discounts count as one family: whether two free items can land on the same order is decided solely by their "Stack with other free item discounts" setting, never by this switch.

Priority

When several offers qualify for the same cart, the engine sorts them by priority (highest first) and applies them top to bottom. The highest-priority offer applies first and decides what can join it: each further offer is added only when it can combine with everything already applied. If two offers tie on priority, the combinable one goes first.

The engine re-evaluates the cart automatically whenever it changes — the outcome never depends on the order in which offers were created or added. Coupons and loyalty rewards redeemed by the customer always apply before automatic discounts, regardless of priority: a non-combinable coupon or reward turns off all automatic discounts, and a non-combinable automatic discount is always dropped while a coupon or reward is on the cart.
All conditions are optional. Leave them off for an unrestricted discount, or combine multiple conditions for tighter control.
