Reports

Reports give you a real-time view of your restaurant chain's financial and operational performance across all locations.

Overview Dashboard

The main Reports page shows a high-level snapshot of your business:

• KPI cards — Sales, Orders, and Average Order Amount with period comparison
• Trend charts — Sales and Orders plotted over time with granularity controls
• Service Types — Donut chart showing revenue split by service channel (dine-in, pickup, delivery)
• Payment Methods — Donut chart showing revenue split by payment method
• Top locations — Your five highest-performing locations ranked by sales

Each section links to its detailed report page via View details.

Available Reports

• Sales — Track gross volume over time with a granular breakdown table showing subtotals, tax, discounts, tips, refunds, and more
• Orders — Monitor order count and average order amount with independent trend charts
• Locations — Compare performance across all locations with expandable drill-downs
• Payment Methods — See how revenue is distributed across payment methods with location comparisons
• Service Types — See how revenue is distributed across service channels with location comparisons

Shared Controls

All report pages share a common set of filters at the top of the page — time period, period comparison, location, service type, and payment method. These controls let you focus on exactly the data you need.

Exporting Data

Most report pages support CSV export via the download button. The export includes the breakdown table or distribution data currently visible on the page.
