Discounts

Discounts let you offer automatic price adjustments that apply to orders or specific menu items. Unlike coupons, discounts are applied automatically without requiring a code.

Discount Types

• Order discount — Percentage, fixed, or volume-based discounts applied to entire orders. Supports multiple locations.
• Menu discount — Percentage or fixed discounts on specific categories or menu items at a single location.
• Combo deals (BOGO) — Buy-one-get-one style deals built around specific menu items at a single location.

Creating a Discount

1. Go to Marketing → Discounts
2. Click Create discount
3. Choose the discount type (Order, Menu, or Combo)
4. Configure the discount value and settings
5. Set conditions, schedule, and locations
6. Click Create Discount

New discounts are created with an Active status and take effect once the start date is reached.

Editing a Discount

1. Go to Marketing → Discounts
2. Click the discount you want to manage
3. Update the settings as needed
4. Click Save Changes

Discount Statuses

• Active — The discount is live and being applied to qualifying orders
• Disabled — The discount exists but is not applied
• Scheduled — The discount's start date has not been reached yet
• Expired — The discount's expiration date has passed

Searching and Filtering

The discounts list supports:

• Search — Find discounts by name
• Status tabs — View all, active, scheduled, expired, or disabled discounts
• Type filter — Narrow by percentage, fixed, BOGO, or volume
• Sort — Order by newest, oldest, name, or usage count
